We're a UK recruitment agency supplying temporary and permanent staff to employers across eight sectors. We work closely with a smaller number of clients so we can give each one proper attention.
Why we started
Too often, recruitment means a pile of CVs that don't match the brief, candidates who haven't been spoken to, and an agency that disappears once the invoice is paid.
Promotion Pro was set up to do the opposite. We take the time to understand each business we work with: the role, the team, the shift patterns and what good looks like. Then we only put forward people we've interviewed and checked ourselves.
The same goes for candidates. We want the people we place to do well, stay and progress. That's where the name comes from, and it's how we measure whether we've done our job.
